Nice and clean hotel with nice water slides and playground for kids. Food and drink is nice but quality and variance should be improved. I was informed that there was animation team in the morning for my 4years old kid but I found out that it was only for Tomas hook groups otherwise I had to pay extra. when I mention it to the manager of hotel he allowed my kid to go free but they informed me that parents can not access the classroom even if the animateurs didn't speak his language (Greek).
Cold coffees and water bottles are in extra charge. There where not enough sunbeds in pool area. Staff is friendly.
