"Unfriendly and unengage reception staff, few minutes after we checked in we realized robes were wet meaning cleaning staff did not replace the robes with a new one when they clean the room. The phone was not working so I came to the receptionist to inform them that the robes were not replaced. I was expecting she will call someone to bring them in our room since it’s the staff fault but receptionist told me to grab it and bring it to the front desk. No apologies, I asked the staff if there is no room service and she told that I have to call the restaurant? She totally don’t understand my question and what room service is and then proceed to look away and pretend to be busy. I then talk to the other staff and at least she seems sorry for what happened. I just wish that with the price customers are paying for this expensive place to have at least a friendly customer service. So disappointing. "

"Our stay was wonderful, however much less to do in the winter than summer months. Rooms were clean and tidy, and guest services were available with anything we needed. The only area of concern was there were no mini-fridges in the room, so having littles ones with us for snacks was tough - but we managed and would not fault the lodge for this. Just something to be aware of when bringing babies and little ones. Overall, nice weekend to disconnect and the Easter activities were a lovely idea to keep kids busy!"
