Great location 5 minutes drive from Poipu beach. The property is very clean with a nice pool and hot pool area. There are beautiful small waterfalls and ponds with fish around the pool area. Overall excellent stay. Place seemed like it was newly renovated. Everything was spotless. Pool is wide and shallow: great for kids. Location is convenient and close to beach and grocery store and a few restaurant. Minor complaint would be that the floors are thin, so you can hear people walking in the units above you. Exceeded our expectations. We thought this would be simply a place to sleep as we did other island adventures, but we ended loving the property and immediate area so much that we rarely left the area for our 3 days. Shipwreck beach is beautiful and easy 3 minute walk and we absolutely loved it. Overall, exceptional value and great condo. Hope we can come back soon.

While the accommodations were decent, the maintenance of the exterior buildings and grounds definantly has room for improvement! The pictures online certainly look grander than the resort itself. Parking is awful and a long distance from some of the buildings.
