Our 3 bedroom villa was incredible. Everything was top notch, but I would expect nothing less at this price point. The pools and grounds were amazing as well. We are already planning our next trip to Koloa Landing Resort.

This was our first time in Kauai and we enjoyed our stay at Koloa Landing. We stayed on the north shore for 3 days prior to heading to Poipu as we wanted to experience both sides of the island. We only take one big vacation a year and booked this resort because of the availability of two bedroom ocean-view units, the proximity to amazing beaches and of course the pools. Pros: The pools are truly awesome Beautiful resort and landscaping Large shopping center with restaurants and stores within walking distance The food at the restaurant is very good A couple different beaches within walking distance The unit was nice and the bath products smelled amazing! We had an issue with our original unit but management was very quick to respond and take care of it Cons: Really expensive for what you get. Don’t get me wrong - our unit was very nice but not worth what we paid. The ocean views are a bit obscured by homes in front of the resort The resort is across the street from the beach (and we prefer beachfront) The beaches within walking distance are very busy and there isn’t a lot of shade (keep in mind I am comparing these beaches to the north shore where they were far less people, a lot of shade and the ocean is calm during the summer months) Restaurant was expensive Overall, our stay was good but we wouldn’t pay those prices again in Kauai.

The hotel is beautiful.spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom. Well appointed. The common area is spectacular. Lush landscaping, inventive pools and sizable spas. Right by the beach. Nearby restaurants. Nice areas to jog. Only complaint is that the sofa needs to be replaced. Uncomfortable to sit (hard and squeaks) since it doubles as a sleeper sofa.

Just got back from a 5 day stay there and we had a great time. We had a few issues one with housekeeping and that the property was not beach accessible. You can walk about 10 mins to the sheraton next door and get it, but would have been nice not having to do that expecially when we had 3 small kids. Not the hotels fault, but if your looking for a hotel that has it just know you have to walk a little for it. Other than housekeeping not coming when we wanted them to because of the rush of thanksgiving vacationers we had a great time.

Fantastic facility! The pool is absolutely amazing the brooms are stunning. My family and I had a great experience and plan to return!

The grounds were very well kept and the pools were awesome!

This place is fantastic! Staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, rooms are beautiful and very convenient (e.g. full kitchen, washer and dryer), location is convenient to everything on the south shore. Highly recommended.

Pool staff were very sassy towards us and didn’t know how to communicate.

Excellent Resort for families. Great service. Convenient. Definitely good value. Water features best on island. Had a family emergency which they assisted us with. Provided a late check out to accommodate our family emergency. NOTE: Need newer wheelchairs.

Enjoyed staying at this resort. Will recommend to a friend and family

Location, location, location. Easy to get to anything and everything on the island. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Great pool and a great view from out room.

Loved every single minute of our stay at this hotel, just wish the restaurant had a little more variety in food options

We had a one bedroom that was nice as it had everything we needed, plus extra space. The pool was the highlight as there's not much else to do in Poipu other than walk on the beach or stay at the pool. What we found as a general theme on Kauai is that most everything is expensive. The hotel restaurant was decent as it's basically a poolside restaurant and bar that serves lunch while at the pool or dinner. You can get room service too, but the selections are not extensive and it is still a bit pricy. But otherwise, my son liked this hotel the best because of the space inside the room and the pool. In fact, he liked it better than the St. Regis in Princeville up north that's a 5 star accommodation. But overall as a family, we enjoyed our time at this resort as it's not over done and the service was great.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed at, period. Huge park like pools, ocean view from the grounds, a few minutes walk to Poipu Beach. Building 11 was practically new (in use since May according to staff) and closest to beach. we got upgraded to a one bedroom villa with tasteful deco and abundant convinience. Soaking tub and second vanity in a separate room. 32 dollar per day resort fee was fair since all activities were included. Morning workout, lei making, hula dance lesson and evening S’more were all well led by very professional staff. Juan the trainer really made me work hard in a 45 minute intensive session:-). We had a unforgettable time here. Thank you Koloa Lansing!

We booked sight unseen but went with the star rating. It was a nice hotel and the kids didn't want to leave the pool area. I would definitely recommend to friends and I would stay there again.

Just returned from our Kauai babymoon. The Koloa Landing was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We were in building 8 which was close to the main pool and easy 2 minute walk to sit and watch the sunset on the rock wall nearby. My husband did get locked in the bathroom at one point, hotel staff was quick to respond and gives us a good story to laugh at. The staff was also very informative with up-to-the-minute text message alerts for things like pool closure for private events, or s’more cancellation due to weather. We stayed in a studio room and loved the lanai doors opening extra wide, access to our own washer/dryer with laundry detergent provided, and a mini-kitchenette. We were welcomed with fresh leis, a box of chocolate and a large bottle of water. Thanks Koloa Landing Resort, we’ll be back.

Always comfortable and memorable at Koloa Landing!! The new pool is awesome...so happy to see the full Resort built out. Great location and extremely comfy rooms.

Aloha Michael, We appreciate your raving review about our resort and your villa accommodations. With nearly 25-acres, we wanted to ensure the tropical landscape of our island continues throughout, while enjoying a spacious villa with all the comforts of home. We apologize the sofa sleeper was not as comfortable as it should've been. Please note your feedback will be addressed with the appropriate team so we can get that fixed right away. Again, we thank you for sharing your experience and hope you choose to stay with us again in the future! Mahalo
