The hotel was noisy all night long. The staff were in hallways making noise long after 9pm. And called to check my room at 9:30pm. Door handle was loose, toilet did not flush properly and the hot water only stayed hot for less than 5 minutes.

Staff was excellent and restaurants were superb. The room was clean but the property is old and could use some renovation. There was only one night where the noise was too loud (at 3am) but one call to the front desk and it was promptly addressed!

Facilities were adequate for my business travel needs. Overall a pleasant experience. The room was clean. AC and hot water were good. Housekeeping did a good job and the staff is pleasant. My only concern was that the bed was too firm due to it being a futon style mattress without a box spring which made it somewhat uncomfortable after a few nights.

A great, comfortable stay

I had a lovely stay at the Samilton. The room was clean, with great AC and water pressure in the shower. The 24-hour staff at the front desk was very helpful, giving me advice on using the bus and such. As a young female traveling alone for my first time in India, I felt very comfortable there.

Estoy más que satisfecho, lo recomiendo totalmente

El personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel está en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy más que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente.
