Great location, beautiful place, and beautiful sunsets visible from the pool or restaurant, both of which are right on the beach. ATM and 24-hour convenience store is a 2-min walk. Right next door is a massage parlour that rents motorbikes. Everything at your fingertips. Well away from the roads, so it’s nice and quiet as well. Alchemy cafe is just down the road. The nearest town is perhaps 10 min away by motorbike. And the staff are incredibly helpful. ❤️❤️

Large rooms, basic and clean. Family operated, very friendly and very accommodating. Not sure what to see in the area as we were only staying the night to catch the ferry in the morning. Not really walking distance to anything. Great food at the restaurant and provided transportation to ferry in the morning for a small fee. I recommend and would stay again.

Loved our stay!

This was my happy place! A little oasis we stayed in one of the ‘huts’ with its own decking area and pond running along the path containing small fish and frogs! ‘Mod’ on reception was outstanding helping us with our travel plans. Very welcoming and nothing was too much to ask. On return from a trip one day was greeted with a room full of flowers 🌺 Very good food in the restaurant always served with a smile 😊 Set on stunning beach front with beautiful sunsets Only recommendation would be to update the pool area and add more sunbeds Extended our stay to 4 nights we enjoyed it so much!

Not worth the money

The room needs uppgrade ,you cant close the toilet door and floor was always wet in the toilet when it was heavy rain from leaking from their ceiling,the restaurant is close at 04:00 PM We have honeymoon suit sea view and it was not worth the money we payed for it

Ok hotel, but be prepared to arrange taxies self

Ok hotel, but some incompetent treatment by the staff. We wanted to take a taxi to the town. Some 4 km. They offered their own van to a price of 800bath (20$)(nomal price is 300bath or less) When we asked them to book a taxametertaxi, they told us there wasnt any at the island(lie) When we had to use the toilet in the restaurant, they wanted 20bath. Housekeeping sid not provide us with the promised free water nor coffepowder.

Rather good resort on a swim-able beach. The room is clean and comfortable but the bathroom is a bit smelly, the territory is small and have no shade. Seaview room on the top floor has a very chill balcony with amazing sunset view

The staff was very helpful and the customer service was great. We had to check out early in order to make it to our ferry on time. The property offers complementary breakfast but it was going to start after we had already left. We asked them the night before and the staff arranged a taxi to the pier for us and let us pick out breakfast sandwiches for the morning. When we walked downstairs into the lobby we were given our sandwiches and two juice boxes and our ride was waiting for us. Excellent! Thanks lipa bay resort!

Sweet quiet getaway

This resort has really helpful and polite staff. Dada especially!! Had a very relaxing and awesome time at the one of the bungalows. Money really meets value. Only thing is that the beds could be little bit more softer.... But highly recommending, it’s really nice if you wanna enjoy bit of peace and quiet. Lot of great thai food places around too.
