All I can say is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen, and the accommodation was fantastic just stepping out of your cabin and into the sea

We had a nice stay. We were lucky to have one of the newer beach front bungalows with aircon. However a few items let the resort down: although clean enough there were some hairs dotted around when we arrived. There was no mirror in the bedroom so had to get ready in the bathroom which was humid as no aircon until 6pm. Some of the staff were friendly when.we said hello but they didn’t seem happy. It wasn’t cheap but it was better value than the more expensive resorts on the island. Definitely book the beach front bungalows and pay that bit extra, not worth getting the old rooms behind.

We stayed 6 days in 1 of the newer beachfront units. Great view of the beach/ocean. King bed, large bathroom, A/C and a small fridge. Simple but great! No safe, but if you leave your room locked you dont need one. Cleaning staff will leave toilet paper, 2 bottles of water daily on the deck table outside. Towels too if you request them. The reception area has beach towels for free use. The breakfast was awesome in our opinion. A mix of foods n fruits. The beach is fantastic!! There are 6.other resorts along the beach, so you can stop in any place and take a meal or drink there. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Kradan Beach Resort

Everything we needed right on the beach

Really nice simple room right on the beach. Breakfast was ok but he staff struggled to keep things stocked up. The room was simple but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast choices limited and cold, beachfront bungalows need maintenace, toilets block up, doors don't seal against mosquitos, wash basin coming away from wall for over a year, towels not changed unless asked, position is great, just not worth the money

Chilled - laid back feel in amazing LOCATION

The location is amazing. On a beautiful little island with no shops or roads. Crystal clear sea. We stayed in a basic hut with a fan and no hot water. The fan was very powerful - and the water was not cold - perfect to shower in after a hot day on the beach. The resort is very chilled - a very relaxed vibe.we stepped out of our terraced hut "long house" onto sand - the restaurant was in the sand - on the beach front - we walked everywhere in bare feet! If you are looking for a basic, chilled stay this is ideal. Location over accommodation. Be prepared to get wet when getting dropped off. Out boat dropped us as close to the beach as poss but we had to wade through the sea to the beach! Our rucksacks did get wet - be prepared just in case!!

Koh Kradan Beach Resort is excellent. This is my 3rd visit here. It is improved each time I visit. Barbecued fish is a specialty of the resort. The Snapper is delicious. An entertainment stage has been built and provide great entertainment of old rock songs as well as catchy Thai songs

The price of the room was good. The restaurant however was some of the most expensive prices I've seen in all of Thailand and some of the worst food. There's only one reasonably priced restaurant on Kradan, located on the south end of the island. The island itself is beautiful.

rude and unhelpful man at reception

The older man at the reception was very rude and unfriendly. when showed him my booking on my mobile he just said he did not recognize this company and that the hotel was full, when showed him a printout he just looked at it for a second then just put a key on the desk, when asked where my room was he just pointed in a direction without even look up. What a shame to have such a person as the first person you meet at this hotel. The other staff at the restaurant and the house keeping was very friendly and helpful. The location just at the beach was great but the room was very old and run down.

Bed bugs !

Bed bugs. Sorry but be careful. Loved the island , hotel on the beach basic accommodation but the bed bugs can ruin it for you. Loved being on the island but unfortunately the bed bugs were horrible. I thought that maybe it was mosquito's getting into the door gap. 3rd night I actually caught the bugs eating me. My back was covered in bites. Restaurant was good, staff mostly was friendly. Manager was indifferent when I told him about the bed bugs. Lovely island but watch this resort!
