There was a bloody tampon in the stool when we got into the room. The volume on the tv remote didnt work. The Tv was very old. There were hairs in the tub. The hot tub was shut down. The breakfast food was not refilled. The waffle maker looked like it was never cleaned. The ice maker was broken. There were no bathroom amenities, like lotion or face wipes. I would not recommend this place especially for the price.

The hotel is very worn in need of updating. Especially the carpets in the halls. The room itself was nice, but we stayed multiple days and they did not refresh our linens without a long discussion with the maid who could not understand english. The breakfast is inconsistent. Some of the items were there one day and gone the next. The side doors are supposed to require a key card to open, but that lock was broken so anyone could come in. There is lots of parking and some of it was used by truckers overnight who ran their rigs, which were a little noisy.

The man at the front desk was rude and argumentative. I asked him a question and he snapped back a nasty answer. I wasn’t the only customer who he was rude with. Two other guests stopped me in the hallway and complained about the man at the front desk and they also complained about how dirty the hotel was.

Great customer service

Room was comfortable, easy parking & the indoor pool is a nice amenity. The front desk clerk was super helpful & provided recommendations for dinner. I really appreciate the customer service.

Couldve been better for the price!

It was ok, pool was good for kids. Room could have been a bit cleaner and why they put us on the second story with kids i dont know i just hope the room under us was empty?! Also had leftovers in the fridge from when ,i dont know but it was pretty gross! I wouldnt pay that much(in advance) again for the room we had!

Very comfortable mattress. Most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. This is a message for this hotel and all others: please place a bed side table on both sides of all beds. Nearly everyone needs a bedside table to place their cell phone, a drink, eye glasses, etc. also, thank you to this hotel and all others that place a lamp with electrical plugs on beside tables.
