The housekeepers did an amazing job, they really are doing a good job keeping up the rooms and helping out as much as they can. They try to make you feel at home, and the Front Desk ladies are super nice.
Clean room has fridge and safe. Nice shampoo/soaps not stingy with towels or the coffee overall a good visit hotel was quiet and close to the Mainstreet area. close to great resturants not far from the link river trail shopping a few bars . but best of all it was quiet
Aside from the great accommodations, the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. One employee in particular, Carla, took the extra time to make sure that not only were we set up with a room, but also that we were ok. After a horrible travel experience getting to the hotel I was in a panicked state and Carla took the time to talk to me and make sure I was happy and alright. Not just satisfied with my hotel room, but she was sincerely concerned that I would be ok. It was the extra five ten minutes that she spent with me that made my trip a good one. Thank you Carla and thank you to the rest of the staff!!! We will definitely be staying here next time we come to town!
Even "Very good" is kinda pushing it, and I am looking hopefully forward to much needed upgrades, because this place needs them. The staff is great, the office has been remodeled, rooms are clean...etc. As it stands this is still the overall best lodging downtown, with a huge parking lot that will accommodate travelers with trailers or boats. I prefer being downtown, within walking distance to restaurants and other evening choices. I have stayed at this location under previous management, and as is Cerulean Hotel is certainly an improvement, and ongoing improvements are obviously needed and in the works. I know I will be staying here again, and that's okay.
The hotel itself I would rate a 3. I gave it an extra star for the service! The front desk, Carla, was extremely helpful and automatically ensured us a wonderful stay. While there were some complications with the room, and we ended up changing rooms, Carla personally helped us and gave us a complimentary breakfast for our troubles. The staff at the restaurant, apatite, were also kind and readily able to help with whatever we wanted. Incredible breakfast smoothie!! Thanks guys 👌
Four of us stayed in the two-room suite (1 king + 2 queens) in late October. This hotel is in transition from being a Quality Inn. Upon arrival, there were several issues with the room (clogged drain, ice machine on the fritz, not enough chairs in room). However, all of these issues were addressed pretty quickly. Even though this is a dated property it was nicely located in downtown Klamath Falls. Devon, the GM, made our stay better by significantly reducing the rate for our one night stay. That was greatly appreciated and something you don't often see with larger chain hotels. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It should improve as it matures.
I travel through Klamath Falls generally 3 times a year, from here forward I will schedule my trips with availability of rooms here. I read a few of the nasty reviews and what they seem to forget, they have just taken over this hotel, people need to give them a break, we were supposed to be staying at the Shilo inn but the morning of my stay I received a nasty call from there front desk telling me when they said pet friendly they meant dogs. I could not believe my luck as I ended up in a hotel were every person went out of there way to make us happy . Anthony in maintenance was one of the nicest people I have met. I dealt with everyone from housekeeping to management and my happiness was all they seemed to care about, you would have thought I was there only guest, and oh yeah don't forget the restaurant, the food and service was on part with many fine dining restaurants.
Housekeeping was great when we needed more towels they just gave us an additional handful. We had a wedding to go to at the Running Y but didn't want to drive there. They took us in the shuttle and scheduled a shuttle from the Running Y to take us back at whatever time we were ready to come back. It was very convenient to not have to get a cab and be able to use the shuttle of the hotel.
It was great! Carla was a good help and the friendly. The service was very organized and no real problems happened. The bed was comfortable too! The internet worked good too! Its nice to have a bar and restraint close.
hate to give a bad review to any place because I'm certainly aware of how it can affect the development of a business that has possibilities. I do not need to recap the previous negative reviews - I agree with each of them. We should have heeded them. It comes down to this place having little care or thoughtfulness for it and I don't believe that it has much possibility of improving soon. Here are a few quick examples: 1) No hair dryer in room and none available when we asked at the front desk. (Keep in mind that we paid $150/night.) 2) There was one rear window to the room which provided light through glass that was truly filthy, and dingy with pigeon feces. 3) There were several piles of pigeon droppings along the walkway to the room. These had the appearance of collecting for days. The sheets were clean. I'll say that. The office encouraged us to use the adjoining restaurant. They have a very nice Asian fusion menu and looked clean from the outside but we did not try it. Good luck to any restaurant connected to this motel. I would suggest that the owner of the restaurant check into the motel under another name and spend a night. Would you want to eat at a restaurant connected to the Cerulean?
