In the evening the aroma of marijuana drifted in through the AC unit from someone smoking on the balcony outside our room. Ants crawling all over the ice machine. Cigarette butts and empty beer bottles on the balcony.

The hotel was well-sited in downtown Klamath Falls, conveniently located near restaurants. However, there seemed to be no sound-proofing on the rooms, so you hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. There are also no black-out curtains, so you have light shining in all night from outside.
Great place for quick overnight stay. It was just what was needed. A clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, mini fridge.
Staff was so very kind, pleasant stay at reasonable price, will plan to stay again.
I’ve always preferred to book Wyndham because it has somewhat of a standard. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed the past couple of times. Pros for this hotel: courteous staff. Cons for this hotel: small, dirty rooms; minimal breakfast; horrible parking; not family friendly and questionable guests.
Delightful front desk family/staff. Room is great for the price but the AC didn’t work quite right, TV was grainy and low quality on some channels, and the internet barely worked. We slept great though, which is what we needed!
I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was dirty and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time as there was hair in the bathtub and on the counters. The walls had visible spots/splatters that made it obvious they hadn't been cleaned either. Also, the refrigerator in our room did not work. The "free breakfast" was the worst I have ever seen.
These rooms are so tired, way beyond their years. Badly worn. Bed and pillows the worst I have ever had. Floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Smell of disinfectant when I entered was so strong I had to air out the room, and never really went away. Vacant room on other side of paper wall had the radio alarm go off on full volume at five in the morning, and keep playing. Aren't cleaning staff taught to check for that? I'm big and strong which is fortunate because nobody else would be able to use the shower since the fifty year old control is stuck almost solid from rust and minerals. No hot water in basin. Tweakers stay here and practice the old game of 'how many people can you get in a room'. Extremely noisy. Window shaker AC, heating did not work, fan cycles on and off with a loud thunk. Desk staff on par with the rest of the facility.
We had 3 rooms. Room 112 was okay. Rooms 216 and 217 were dirty-- there was hair all over the place. In the bath, on the floor even on the mirrors. Also 216 and 217 had horrible air conditioners. You either turned it on and froze or left it off and the room was a sauna. There was no way to control the temperature. Also, when we checked in we were told there were no handicapped rooms available and that we had NOT requested one--look at our original reservation. We clearly requested a handicapped room for my 90 year old mother. We spent over $100 each for 216 and 217, a clear ripoff since it was impossible to sleep in them because of the AC problem.
