This is a very upscale building. It's a condo with laundry facilities so it's a lot more than a regular hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

The communication was almost straight away when contacting them with any queries. The place was actually even better than how it looks in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. Car parking and digital key was straight forward and clear instructions and even a video were provided. We would definitely stay here again. I'd say it is 5 star not 3 star.

My recently stay at this hotel was generally pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable enough, though at times it felt like the mattress was uneven, which affected my sleep a bit. The cleanliness was decent but could have been a little better in certain areas. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff , they were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests or questions. I also appreciated the location; there were several dining options within easy walking distance, which made meals very convenient. One downside was the confusion around the pool access. The hotel advertises an outdoor pool, but as of May 2025, there was a note on the pool door suggesting it was for residents only, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Overall, it was a great stay with a few minor issues, but the excellent staff and convenient location made up for most of it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Wonderful stay at the Laundry Rooms Waterloo

Wonderful facility, spacious and clean. The only time I’ve ever stayed in the room that is EXACTLY like the photos advertised. The staff is extremely helpful, even without an official front desk.

We requested early check in, which we understand may not be accommodated, but we received zero communication to advise whether it was approved or not. The bedroom carpet had debris on it, and the tea towel in the kitchen was dirty with crusted food. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work, even after rebooting the modem several times.

Great space for longer stays - area is full of nightlife, restaurants and bars. It’s pretty hands-off (not a typical hotel, more of an Air bnb apartment) but staff is very fast to text back any questions I had. Access was easy once you get there and the room is well finished with dishes, pots pans etc. and a dishwasher. Very quiet building too. We would definitely stay here even just for a weekend as the area is great to hang out in. One note: if you don’t like using your phone to open every door - you can ask for a key card. I didn’t but it would have been more convenient for sure.
