I would rate this hotel **three stars at best**. The room was in **very poor condition** and clearly outdated. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, which immediately gave a bad impression.
The **only positive experience** was dinner at the restaurant *Proof*, which was genuinely good.
The **hot tub** has a button to turn the jets on, but there is **no signage explaining the delay** before they start. You end up standing there repeatedly pressing the button, thinking it’s broken.
We ordered **breakfast through room service**, but it never arrived. Staff said they thought the order was for room **507 instead of 501**, even though the room number was **written by hotel staff themselves** on the order card in the room. When we called the front desk, the **female staff member was very rude** and acted as though it was our fault. The only compensation offered was **free parking**, which frankly shouldn’t be charged in the first place and should be included in the room rate.
Overall, the **room was far too expensive for what was offered** and absolutely **not worth the price**. I would not stay here again.
