I would have really liked if there was room service and if the restaurant was fully open. There where too little options for breakfast and it closed during the day. I hope It can fully open soon

Extremely well-kept; seemed newer than it is. Quiet overall...but back-up alarms from snowplows penetrated & were annoying.

Very nice building (very new) and well-located in up town Waterloo. Very poor television service in our room 708. Poor selection of channels. Could not access even Toronto Blue Jsys games and not any of the Wimbledon tennis championship matches. No premium channels available as part of normal programming. Pretty sad for a Marriott facility. Also, the wi-fi rechaging panel in our room was not functioning properly and itwas difficult to access and stay in theDelta hotel wi-fi system These inconveniences off-ser good hotel features such as pool, sauna and fitness center.

Excellent room and service very clean it was a great experience having the stay at Delta hotel they had great breakfast and a very nice bar for relaxing and kicking back we enjoyed the pleasure of the staff they accommodated us and made sure we got free parking for any inconveniences that took place at the facility I especially enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel it was convenient for all the guest in addition the staff made sure we had maps and got to and from our designations via Uber

Exceptionally comfortable, quiet hotel with good restaurant. Fabulous staff. Only surprise was the shower. The water took about four minutes to warm up.

Immediately upon entering the hotel lobby I was greeted and aided in carrying my luggage to my room. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my needs. Room was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend, and stay, at this hotel again.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were super clean (esp. since the hotel is brand new!). The restaurant served amazing food. What a treat it was to stay at Delta Waterloo! I highly recommend it!

Loved the ambience of this new hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome. Dining was great and rooms were roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
