Great Kitchener location

We had an excellent experience at this location, highlighted by great service. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the breakfast provided was a wonderful way to start our day. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was practical for our needs. While room service was scheduled for every other day, it was skipped on one occasion; however, this didn't bother us since we mainly used the room for sleeping. We look forward to returning in the future!

It is in a good quiet area, close to Walmart so easy for shopping. Property’s carpets need to be deep washed or changed completely- there was constant smell in the room we were staying. The smell was bad. It was nice to have a quieter area to have breakfast as there were so many guests.

We stayed for 5 days and housekeeping did not come in to clean and replenish supplies. We had to flag down one of the staff to ask for toilet tissue rolls. We had to empty our own garbage and place it outside for puck up. They should have at least extra bags for garbage.

Loved this hotel and services in the past. This time I was disappointed and not sure if I will return. They have smart TVs but not able to load any applications, you are stuck with just a few tv channels. Food was never enough for the guests as hotel was at full capacity the entire trip ( people had to wait long time for omlets to be made when time is limited and they could just have a different option to be easy to make and be enough, like scrambled or boiled eggs to avoid long lines), not able to use the pool because three days on a row four teenagers were wild in that pool ( that was reported but there were no actions taken). Few things to consider that will make this hotel enjoyable again.
