A ház alsó szintjén jól felszerelt konyha-nappali hűtőszekrénnyel (fagyasztós), innen fürdőkádas fürdőszoba a WC-vel található. Az előtérből az emeletre egy galériaszobába jutnak, ahol két szimplaágy, és babzsák található. Nyáridőben klímával hűtünk.
