The staff is very kind. Everyone from the receptionists to the kitchen staff that helps out with breakfast is a pleasure. There’s a tall older gentleman that works the breakfast shift and showed our son how to use the pancake maker, he was very nice and accommodating to us at all times. The receptionists were great as well. One was kind enough to show our son how the keycards are reprogrammed when we extended our stay by a day. Everything else during our stay was relatively expected, we usually book holiday inns when we travel because they’re affordable and consistent. However the stand out at this one by far was the service. It was our first time in Kingston and it was great, but what really made the difference was the staff here. 10/10 service would recommend to anyone, especially families. Give everyone a raise and a vacation.

Room was spacious & clean.Bed was comfortable The room was excellent. Staff very nice helpful friendly. Lobby clean bright open and airy.Did not care for the breakfast. Hot meal was good but the package pastry,hot buns and bagels were terrible.Look for a better company. They were all very dry. Coffee and lemon water offered was very good. Need to have maps of Kingston available for visitors. Navigational systems don't allow you to see the big picture of the city.

We have stayed at this location several times. It is near events we visit annually. Good value. Not far from highways. Shopping & food spots all within 2 miles. It has been consistent place to stay each time. Within the greater Kingston area, Saugerties 10 minutes and Woodstock within around 20 minutes.
