"Tom behind the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Leah in the spa/swimming dept was also brilliant as I lost my pearl earring and thought it was in that area, and she searched the whole place for us and then was so happy to hear that we'd found it in our room before we left. So very kind and genuine.
The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next day was also brilliant."
