Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. I’ve been staying here for 20 years now so I’m always going to choose this hotel over others I could stay in but would be fab to see rooms done up. We invited friends over to have dinner with us and the quality was great, menu choices superb and value for money was good too. All staff are top notch.
