When we arrived and went to the room, it had not been cleaned. We waited an extra 30 minutes for another room. One of the reasons we chose this hotel is that it has an indoor swimming pool. We were not informed that the heater was out and had not been fixed in over a year.

Never made it to a room. So unfortunately i booked this room and when arrived at the hotel and went to check in and was told that i had to put up a $100 security deposit which i did not have or could afford to give them even if it was refundable. Now the girl at the desk did say that all third party booking apps disclose this information about the deposit. So i came back to my reservation to find where it says anything about deposit snd i did find it but it is not displayed on main page of reservation so that its none right up front. You shouldnt have to click on 3 different pages to find it at the very bottom in small print. Another words do better Expedia because of me not knowing about the deposit i lost my key point rewards and was unable to check into my reservation because this information is not stated upfront.
