Welcome to OBX Life IV! Thinking about your OBX Vacation? This house will check off all the boxes on everyone's want list! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this large house has 3 spacious floors: 1 Upper level features master bedroom with ensuite, screened balcony, and sunrise ocean views! Mid level features two king rooms with private baths, one queen room with private bath, and an open area twin bunk bed with a half-bath. Lower level features a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall. Total of 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Wait, is three floors too much to climb or carry all your groceries? Well, we have an ELEVATOR that stops on all three floors so unloading is a breeze! Relax in your private pool and hot tub, and enjoy the outdoor shower! The lower level boasts a game room with mini kitchen--microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and wet bar. Ocean views from the numerous decks, screened-in porch, and 2nd-floor master bedrooms and upstairs master bedroom suite. Put your toes in the sand it is only a 300-foot walk to the lifeguarded beach access. Two sets of washers and dryers located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The downstairs game room is perfect for the kids and adults alike with a foosball table and Roku TV. Every room has TV's, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire house and pool area. The main gathering area on the top floor is spacious and has, decks on both sides, and a large kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Here is the best part if you do not feel like cooking well keep the car in the driveway! You can walk to several voted best on the beach restaurants. Here is a shortlist of what you can walk to. Girls Getaway

The house had everything we needed for our 3-night getaway for 7 ladies. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space and to spend time together. Quick and easy access to the beach was nice, especially to catch gorgeous sunrises. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and nice home

Everything was great except my tv didn't have a working remote and property manager tolds us what to do, it worked. Next night picture went on same tv. Other than the tv thing everything was great. 😀

We had an awesome stay at this property! It’s convenient to all of the best OBX restaurants and shops + the beach access is very close. We were pleasantly surprised at how child proofed the home was. The property could use a little TLC as much of the hardware was rusted and felt a little dangerous for small children. Overall this property is excellent if you’re spending your days on the beach or in the pool and just need somewhere to relax at nap time, sleep at night and shower :) thank you for hosting us and allowing us to make memories in your home!

Perfect for what we needed

My family went to OBX to spread the ashes of both parents. We needed a house big enough for 9 adults and 2 children and one dog. This house fit the bill. While its not fancy, it is practical, in the right location, clean and plenty of room for us all. Can't really complain since this trip wasn't really vacation for pleasure. Good price for this trip.

Great house and location!

Had a girls weekend last weekend of September. Got great use of the hot tub as it ended up being a little rainy and windy weather wise! Some of us even braved the pool for a bit which was still open! House was very comfortable and we really liked most of the rooms had their own on-suite bathrooms. Great location just a block or two from the public beach access and from Swells’a Brewing and Mama Kwans (two great spots)! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

50 years of friendship

8 of us stayed here. Close to beach and other activities ( Wright Bros, Pea Island, etc) the living space was good to hang at night and everyone had good sleeping arrangements. If there were more singles , the configuration of bunk beds may have been an issue. Beds were a little soft but certainly doable

Highly recommend this property; it’s a short walk to the beach & near many restaurants/shops. We were a group of six friends & each wanted our own bedroom, so it worked out great for our group. Having the pool & elevator were bonuses & Mike was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive regarding any issues we had & we would definitely stay at one of his properties again!

Great Family Spot

The listing is 100% accurate! The emails are super informative and outline everything expected; you can tell the management company runs a tight ship! Every time I messaged there was a reaponse in a very timely manner. The proximity to the beach was perfect. I would reccomend setting up at the beach at 8am to secure a good spot. It's very close to a few hotels, but the beach wasnt everly crowded. Overall the whole family had an amazing time, made good use of the pool, and enjoyed every moment!

First OBX Trip!

The house was great! Total of 3 families!! The house was spacious enough that we all had a good amount of space and never felt like we were on top of one another. Mike is a very responsive owner, and really easy to work with. The house is very well maintained and clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable. The only thing that even made me nervous about staying at the house was having the kids bunk area on the 1st floor and the main master on the 3rd floor, which turned out to be great!! There is an additional lock on the sliding door leading to the pool area that is a child proof lock. It actually turned out to be great having a game/living room area for kids to play! I would definitely book this house the next time we go to OBX. Great for multiple families with kids.

Perfect Getaway

everything was as advertised. from the start when i booked the interaction with the owner was great. anytime i text him he responded promptly and answered any question i had. i would definitely book with him again. the house was clean and was more than enough for us. 12 adults. 6 couples. kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. beds were comfortable. everything was within walking distance. overall there was not 1 person who was not satisfied. love outer banks.

Perfect for our family!

This property was great for our family vacation including four difference families and four children! The walk to the beach was easy and the property is walkable to several restaurants and ice cream. The owner was responsive. Kitchen was equipped and house was clean. Would recommend!

Great Location, Spacious home, Needs Maintenance

Stayed for a long weekend at the end of September. Because the house was empty we were able to check in early. Very spacious house with lots of levels and decks. Elevator was a great asset when transporting luggage and food to upper floors. Maintenance was the biggest issue. The rugs were dirty and stained and the steps in particular need a good vacuuming and cleaning. All of the bathrooms needed a proper cleaning as the floors was covered with hair. Most of the screens were torn as well so we were unable to open the windows or sliding doors. Many light switches and outlets did not function. Also the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. Would we stay there again? Depends how well it gets cleaned and repaired.
