Great location, plenty of parking, nice view, very clean. Front desk associate could have been friendlier, and engaging. Also, Expedia site stated continental breakfast, which has been discontinued for a couple years.

If you suffer from allergies, you will be miserable here. Animals are acceptable here, and lack of carpet cleanliness makes for a miserable stay. We ordered a room for 2 days, and left after one day. Hopefully they used the money we wasted on the extra day for better cleaning practices.

Going Downhill

We have stayed at the Travelodge on multiple occasions over the last 4 or 5 years. The last time being in 2023. The quality of the rooms, pool, and overall the entire hotel have gone downhill in those two years. There was trash all around the parking lot and in the pool. On the morning of check out, there was a roach in the bathroom. We will not be staying again.

The pictures are misleading, you would think by the pictures the hotel is on the beach but it is not, you have to walk across the road to get to the beach. The room was nice and clean. No problems with the stay.

Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!
