We are very excited to share our most favorite place on the planet with you. Cottages on the sound offer a unique experience to the Outer Banks, especially ours since it's right on the water. You can swim, fish, crab, kayak, canoe, paddle board, jet ski, boat, and more right off your very own dock for the week-- all while being a short 15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Kill Devil Hills. Being tucked away on the island is such a sweet, serene escape from the everyday.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This house has a beautiful view and plenty of room for all of our family. We enjoyed both staying on the sound and the short drive to the beach. There was plenty to do for our family. Ginger was one of the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would definitely book this House again!
