High end finishes and design features elevate Avalon Tides to a level of coastal luxury you don't often see in smaller properties. The ground level has been thoughtfully transformed into an outdoor oasis and includes a tiki bar with TV, bubbly hot tub and a fenced-in yard perfect for pets. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the tastefully appointed living area with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a cozy electric fireplace. The open-concept layout allows for fabulous flow and sightlines throughout the common areas. Get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and island with bar seating. At the end of the night, retreat to the spacious king suite with stunning tray ceiling and private bath with dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms will comfortably accommodate family and friends, and share access to a full hall bath.

Centrally located at Milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills, Avalon Tides is within a mile radius of family-friendly activities including mini-golf and a movie theater. Ride bikes to the beach or Avalon Fishing Pier, just half a mile away. You'll also find a variety of restaurants close by including Awful Arthur's, Chili Peppers and The Jolly Roger. Guests can use the nearby community sound access for launching kayaks and SUP's. In the evenings, take your four-legged companion for a walk down the multi-use path along Bay Drive, where you can admire breathtaking sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay.
