The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!!

Disappointing Place but a Wonderful Area to Visit

Unfortunately, our room was not up to our standards. The bathrooms were not fully cleaned and the air conditioning went out twice. The day we came in (July 20, 2023), the upstairs units were 78 degrees and blowing warm air. Maintenance was called and showed up. We were told that it was repaired. It took several hours for those units to cool down. Because check in is 4:00, it took hours for these rooms to cool down to make sleeping comfortable. The next two days, we froze as there was no way to adjust the air conditioning. The air conditioning was set to 70 but it went as low as 64. The third day, the air conditioning went out again. The temperature of the top bedroom rose to 78 degrees. Maintenance was notified a second time. Someone came out and claimed to have repaired it again. After several hours, the bedrooms cooled down some, but the top bedroom registered 73 degrees all night when the unit was set to 68. We left the next morning, checking out by 10:00 as requested. I paid over $1,500 for this rental. Again, we enjoyed the area and exploring what the island has to offer. We definitely want to return again, but unless some sort of refund is granted to me because of what we had to endure, we most likely would seek out another place to stay.
