The house was truly a home away from home. Mary was a fantastic host who communicated efficiently and quickly. All the rooms were amazing and comfortable. Loved the decor throughout the whole house. Location was brilliant....close to so many wonderful places. Would highly recommend Admar Cottage.

A great 2 night stay for our family consisting of 3 adults and 3 teens. The bedroom downstairs was great for our older adult (Grandma) who doesn’t do stairs well, and the upper bedrooms were perfect for our 3 teen girls in one room and my husband and myself in the other . We were greeted upon arrival, the welcome basket was an hit, and it was so nice to come back to a quiet and peaceful place after days of exploring various sites. Mary was an absolute gem and a wonderful host! She went above and beyond. We loved that this cottage was “off the beaten path”.

Admar cottage is in a quiet and peaceful location next to the owners’ house just outside Kilbrittain. The area has beautiful beaches and coastline. In addition, the nearby town of Kinsale is vibrant with 2 interesting forts to visit. The house itself has been decorated to a high specification and with attention to detail. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. I had a couple of questions for the owner before we arrived and she was very helpful, answering quickly and clearly. She was able to accommodate us well. She also welcomed us to the cottage and was a reassuring but unobtrusive presence if we had any questions about the house or area. All in all, we had a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Super charming cottage on a hill with splendid views from the living room and the bedrooms. Bedrooms are large but cosy. Everything is there and Mary is always nearby in case you should need anything. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return if we were to be in the area again!

Best VRBO ever!

Mary is INCREDIBLE!! Her guest house was absolutely gorgeous, the views were amazing, and the kitties were the sweetest ever! This was the best VRBO I have ever gotten, highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Idyllic stay in peaceful surroundings

Mary was a superb host who clearly loves hosting. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed as well as a delicious welcome pack of goodies. The location was perfect for us; wonderful both for the country views from every window to the beautiful drives to and along the coast that we wanted to do.
