Our condo is located in the Kamaole Sands Resort in Maui, across from the beautiful Kamaole Beach III & park. It is located in the highly desirable inner courtyard of the resort, ground floor, with a privacy of an end unit. The unit is conveniently located close to all of the resort amenities including large swimming pool and Jacuzzi (Mai Tai Pool Party on Wednesdays), fitness center, tennis courts and more!

Kamaole Sands offers a beautiful and relaxing beach resort with over 15 acres of greens and tropical Hawaii landscape and great amenities. The resort also offers a convenient location as it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in South Kihei, and few minutes drive away from Wailea.

The condo was very comfortable, much more so than other units I have stayed at in Maui. Everything you need is there and they have an excellent supply of beach equipment. My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

We loved being so close to the beach, Kam III was the best beach in our opinion. If you want a view this not not the location for you. But easy access to the pool and parking spot, worked great for us.

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands and we were so pleased again. We were particularly impressed with how this unit was maintained. The cleanliness, organization, and comforts helped make our vacation super relaxing and stress free. I love the location, so close to the pool with a lovely lanai next to the lawn. Monica was so helpful and responsive. You can tell the owners treasure this property and truly want others to enjoy their stay in Maui.

Perfect condo for family with toddler

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!

We spent a week at this unit and appreciated the quick responses from the owner on inquiries making it easier for us to enjoy our time here. We also enjoyed the location of this unit; ground floor, near pool, and parking very near the unit. Space in unit feels larger than square footage posted and both bathrooms have been recently upgraded.

Property and unit were as pictured. We were notified about checkin time that the dishwasher was not working properly and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay, bummer to have to hand wash dishes on vacation. Other than that, all was great.

The unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped and everything worked as expected. The owners and the local contact are well organized and easy to deal with. The overall property is well maintained. The pool is great with lots of lounge chairs and the numerous BBQ areas are convenient and very clean. Didn't use the tennis courts but they look in very good shape. The location in Kihei has great beach access and lots of services are within easy walking distance.

A beautiful slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Joy and Matt’s unit. The unit is clean, comfy and homey. The unit is well-stocked, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a collapsible wagon. Our favorite thing was the very secluded lanai. Even though we were in a 400+ unit complex, Joy and Matt’s lanai is very private. We loved eating out on the lanai. Joy was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. A wonderful stay, and we hope to get back soon.

Wonderful Condo in Beautiful Complex

We had the best stay at this condo! It was perfect for us and our two children. It had everything we needed, all the right upgrades (big tv's in the living room and bedroom with all the streaming apps), loved the ground floor corner location where the kids could run out and play on the grass. There was everything we needed for days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, wagon to tote it all). This was our first time at Kamaole Sands - it was awesome, the pool was great, loved the hottubs and the covered family game area where our kids loved to play ping pong & foosball. Communication was great with the owners - we will stay here again hands down!

Kamoale Sands stay!

Thank you Joy and Matt! Our family stay at your condo at Kamoale Sands was a joy! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property was well kept and facilities (pool, gym, activity area) absolutely perfect. Thanks for keeping the kitchen well equipped amd the Murphy bed was an added touch that made the stay for our 4 family members more than manageable. Also lots of snorkeling equipment and boogie boards that come in handy. Thank you again! We would recommend this to other families.
