Property was originally built as 2 Villas; we have maintained the structure, but it is rented as 1 private home. Two-story home with 2 Master Suites, both with Private Lanais overlooking the lawn area and Ocean. 2 Family Rooms, both with Ocean views. The home also has 8 flat screen TV's as well as wireless internet. SPLIT SYSTEM A.C. UNITS IN EACH ROOM--you control your thermostat in each room, as you see fit.
Beautiful views of West Maui Mountains, Lanai and Haleakala!! Just can't beat the home and all that is has to offer for the price!

It is a lovely home with full amenities. The outdoor property is pristine. My family lovedthe fact that each bedroom has it's oun bath. The pool was a real joy on a daily basis.

It was absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you would need. It was perfect for our family of 11. The pool was very clean and inviting. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. There had been heavy rain and flooding the last two days we were there and we appreciated the concern they had for our safety.

We had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped for staying in or going to the beach. We saw lots of turtles on the beach and it was so nice to have the beach to ourselves. Location was nice to see lots of the island. I only wish we could have had a longer vacation.

The home was perfect for our family of 9. It is actually two condos which have been combined with a pass thru. We loved having two kitchens and two living areas. The home has so many beautiful touches and amenities…everything provided. Back yard was huge. Kids had picnics and built a lean to fro deal palm branches and pretended they were on Naked and Afraid. Beach easily accessible at end of tree line and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Pool large and we ate all of our in home meals on the outside table with the tiki torches. Had a crab and shrimp boil delivered by Maui Steamer Pots…delicious. Hosts were so accommodating and reacted swiftly to only one small issue that we had entire week. We loved Kihei…peaceful and quiet. I am what my kids call a “Karen” because I am a picky traveler. lol. You will not be disappointed renting this heavenly place. We did not want to leave.

Beautiful location, huge grassy area for the grandkids to run around. Steps to the beach. Very clean. Plenty of pool and ocean toys. Steps from the back door, I spent hours sitting on the beach watching my grandson play in the sand. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.We arrived during the huge Kona Low storm of March 26. We are a lemonade type of family so although the weather limited us to many activities. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return.The owner and management went above and beyond helping our family navigate our stay during a very hectic time on the island. Excellent, immediate, and caring communinaction. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We look forward to returning.

We could not be more pleased. The house was very well stocked with any and everything that we needed. They even had water shoes, snorkel gear and ice chests for guest usage. The owner was always in immediate contact and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend.
