Location is the Best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the outside Nani Kai Hale is very well cared for. The unit itself is well appointed with many handy extras. Cleaning and care of the suite could be more robust (e.g. the couch and bedspread, along with the windows and screens all need washing). The bed sheets could be much better quality (and 100% cotton in the heat with no A/C in the bedroom ). The price warranted better care and cleaning.
