Best Place in Kihei

This was the best trip I have ever made, and a majority of it has to go to Kelly’s condo. The location is one of the best parts of the trip, being right next to the water and close to all the areas we wanted to travel to. The location is very quiet, and we had an amazing overall time and will definitely be staying here again.

What an amazing place! Super clean, Kelli was wonderful and I was greeted with a birthday present and snacks! Very peaceful to just hang out outside and watch the waves. Centrally located and super easy to find. I will definitely be coming back!

We’ve stayed at Keihi Sands before but this time went with a different unit. Our host was exceptional! We arrived on Maui Christmas Day and our host was so generous. She picked up groceries for us and stocked up our condo before we arrived since all of the grocery store would closed for Christmas! We thought that was pretty top-notch service! The condo was lovely and we really got some quality relaxation in over the holiday! Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I spent a week at the condo. Besides the amazing Sugar beach, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you might need. Our host Kelly was great to work with, she left us a welcome basket and had juice and water in the fridge waiting for us! We would definitely stay here again!!!

So welcomed with a range of food/snacks, coffee, cold drinks, consumable household products (soaps for shower, dishes, laundry, shampoo, conditioner) very well stocked. Clean and so many small things considered with first aid supplies, flashlight/glow sticks - great stay!

Perfect Maui getaway condo

We really enjoyed our stay and were so comfortable at the condo. Kelly makes sure you are well stocked and have everything you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. It’s so nice that the condo association brews coffee for morning beach walks! The condo was the perfect location for us - easy access to great restaurants and other parts of the island, but still secluded from the busier areas. We saw so many whales from the condo patio and can’t wait to visit Maui again!

From walking in the front door, you could tell this place was just perfect. Kelly has thought of every single thing even down to Q tips. The furnishings are new and everything worked perfectly. We couldn’t have been any more happy. Simply amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s condo. The welcome basket was an appreciated treat! The condo was tastefully decorated and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets are soft. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook meals. The condo was perfectly clean and the pictures posted are an accurate representation. Kelly was quick to respond to all questions.

Quiet beachfront condo in Kihei

Quiet newly-renovated condo just outside Kihei. Host Kelly was kind, generous and very well-organized. She reached out prior to our arrival offering complimentary early check-in and was quick to respond when I had a question. She even put together a welcome basket for us that included snacks and a onesie, as I had mentioned to her that we had an infant at home.The unit is clean, quiet and has all the amenities a couple would require for a short stay. Plenty of bath and beach towels and the kitchen was very well-equipped. A short walk through the outdoor “hallway” takes you past the other units to the beach. There is a patio area with tables, bbqs, lounge chairs, and a pool. They put coffee out each morning and there are beach toys and sunscreen for guests to use. The beach itself is quiet and absolutely beautiful, we went to beaches all over the island and there was no better place to swim than right in front of the condo. I would strongly recommend a car, as the downtown area is several minutes away by driving. However, a general store and outdoor market can be accessed by walking along the beach. There is notable road noise from this unit as it is just off a fairly busy road and right off the parking lot. This didn’t bother us as the beach itself was very quiet, and it was about the only downside of the location. Overall I would absolutely recommend this condo to any couple wanting to stay in a less busy area of Maui while being able to easily access a beautiful beach

Clean and relaxing stay in beautiful Maui

We had a beautiful wedding for our daughter at Sugar Beach Events and staying at this condo exceeded our expectations. Not only was it convenient but the condo was very clean, nicely decorated and our host spoiled us with a welcome package including coffee, sparkling water and fresh pineapple! Beautiful walkway to the pool/beach. Convenient cook out facilities. Plus the condo was well stocked with soap, shampoo and laundry detergent, items that usually you need to buy. Thank you Kelly, we may come back!!

Great stay!

Beautiful property and condo. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Just steps from the beach and a great pool made relaxing easy. The condo is not in the busy part of town, and it’s only a few minutes to great restaurants.

Easy access to so many of things you will likely want to do in Maui. Communication with host and property manager was top notch. The property is nice, but the service is what made our stay perfect. Unit is well kept and has everything you will need. Would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This was our second time at Kihei Sands. We love this little place. It’s calm, there is a wonderful overlooking the ocean. Sugar beach is so chill and not crowded. It really is the perfect home base for a stay in Maui. The condo itself was great. The showers has tons of water pressure. The bed is comfortable. And everything was so clean! We aren’t the types to return to the same place, but we will be back.
