Small bathroom had urine smell otherwise was clean. Did not have the need to contact property manager as emails explained everything & all went well. Really liked the ocean view.

Great Location - Clean Property

Maui Sunset is the best place to stay in Kihei with one of the biggest pools, beautiful grass areas for kids to play, access directly to the beach, tennis courts on site, walking access to restaurants and shops, a clean and well maintained building. The unit was clean, well located within the building with ocean views, and decently equipped. The unit is older and could use some updates, but was exactly as advertised and we were very happy with our stay and would certainly book it again in the future.
