Ma'alaea Surf, Unit C4 is totally upgraded and is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the small pool. This beautiful unit features a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, with alder cabinets and Caesarstone counters, a comfortable spring-free sofa bed and tile floor throughout. It also has central AC, Wi-Fi, parking, tennis & pickleball courts. There are also BBQ areas and washer/dryers on property.

Enjoy the spectacular ocean views and Maui's majestic sunset from your spacious private patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at the Ma'alaea Surf Resort are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Bad business

The property was OK! VRBO has definitely lost me as a customer. Since I booked through them they have charged me $150.00 for insurance that I never signed up for specially because I was traveling during Covid when everything was refundable anyways! VRBO is denying responsibility for this and they keep passing me around! Never again, Bad business!

Idyllic Stay In Maui

From the initial booking to the final checkout and closing communication everything was top notch at Ma’alaea Surf. We couldn’t have been more happy with staying there for our honeymoon. They go to great lengths to make sure the grounds are immaculate and that things are quiet and peaceful during your stay. We watched the sunset here each night and it’s hard to beat. The location is unreal - right on the beach with unobstructed view. Bigger beaches are within walking distance or even a short drive. So is shopping in Kihei and other places. If you want a loud resort with a lot of people and activities go elsewhere. Our condo (C4) was well supplied with kitchen supplies, beach equipment and had everything necessary to enjoy time at home. All of our contact with management was excellent and they are super accommodating. We felt right at home and only wish we could stay longer. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to enjoy all the beauty of Hawaii, you could hardy do any better.

Pleasantly surprised

This property is a unique oasis in an area with otherwise tired and dated resorts. The low density and large area of the property means the beach front is always free from anything even approaching crowded. The grounds are idyllic and well groomed. A ground floor unit facing the ocean is worth additional cost.
