Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access.
