Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

Best views in Kehei!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!

The end unit views of the ocean at any time of day was worth the extra cost, waking up in the morning looking out the bedroom windows to palm trees and beach/ocean is the very reason we came to visit Maui. Building is well maintained and really enjoyed the common beach front outdoor area w/pool. A real hidden gem amongst high rise condos. Love the more cozy/homey feel of the two story building. We would love to escape the Alaska cold and stay again.

It was a perfect spot and we had so much fun being neighbors! The beach was great, it was whale watching season which was a bonus. The accommodations were clean with all the conveniences of home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra cot and were given a nice queen size blow up bed to use. We had a problem with one of the washing machines and Patrick in the office fixed the problem right away. All in all, we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would love to come back sometime.

Low key and seconds from a silky smooth beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place for our family with two teenagers and a one and two year old. We were in B8 and our one year old loved looking out at the pool and beach when she wasn't out playing. The unit was well kept but definitely needed updated dinnerware and kitchen tools. We either had mugs or very large glasses to use for our meals. The pans were old and there wasn't a griddle or electric skillet for pancakes/French toast. I ended up making pancakes on two burners in two small pans. The grill was great and I used it twice. Well kept and worked well. The loft was nice but noise carries down. Having said all this, I would stay there again because of the location and friendly atmosphere. The unit has only showers so it was hard with my one and two year olds. The laundry was right outside the door so very convenient. Staff was great and very helpful.
