We love staying here. It was our 2nd time at this location and we loved our experience. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem for our active family. It’s also nice that you can always lounge chair in the sunshine.

I selected Wailea Beach Villas based on Trip Advisor reviews, and it was awesome! We stayed in PH202, a garden view unit with a very nice ocean view. See pix of unit which was plenty roomy for 4 of us, clean and everything you read about being well-appointed is true. One slight note to PH202 owner- it’s time to replace the sofa & love seat & carpet in family room - they’re showing age after much enjoyment. This is a private & quiet the resort - even with the mega resorts next door it’s notably relaxing. Staff are exceptionally attentive & friendly at adult pool, beach as well as concierge, housekeeping, grounds and check-in. Grounds are breathtaking - really well kept. Be prepared to walk uphill but it wasn’t horrible especially after indulging at local restaurants like Ferraro’s at the Four Seasons which is a 10 minute walk. We BBQd one night at the unit - super easy on the high-end grill and we are fans of the Island Gourmet Market adjacent to the Villas. Pack a collapsible cooler to take drinks and lunch to pool - we enjoyed doing so everyday and didn’t miss having a bar or restaurant on site (we thought we would). Never a wait for a cushioned lounger at the adult pool and plenty of plush towels, water and SPF 50 (you need it!) for your use - even coffee poolside after a morning coastal walk. We will stay here again - no reason to stay anywhere else - it’s a very special place. And when you compare the overall value to the mega resorts next door it’s a no-brainer. Book it!

One of the nicest accommodations I have ever stayed at. I will certainly use this location on any future visits to Maui. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate all eight of us without even feeling crowed. This was a great choice to host a party of eight adults.

Excellent location to beach, mall, other hotels. The unit was large, clean and provided nice views but is a bit of a walk to the beach. Master bath is luxurious and very large. We did utilize the outdoor grill a couple times so we could have some leisurely nights enjoying the balcony then walked to ice cream across the street.

Awesome place to stay! The units are huge with everything you could possibly need. I felt guilty that we only cooked in once! A great way to save money with snacks and drinks etc. The pool view is unbeatable and we appreciated that the adult pool was close to the ocean, unlike the place we stayed in West Maui.

The Wailea Beach Villas were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchens provided every single amenity you could need. The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. The landscaping was beyond words.

We booked our villa through Private Paradise Villas. It was a family vacation to celebrate my husbands retirement and my birthday. Wailea Villas condo was everything you could ever want. We were in C301, which is close to the adult pool and not far from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine and very neatly laid out. There is an amazing Viking range and we grilled out a couple of nights. This condo had everything you could think of with beach towels and coolers. There are places to eat lunch right next door. There are towels at the pool and towels at the beach and we were always able to get a chair. I wish I could live there!

Our family is very particular about accommodations during our vacations... It's not fun to pay a small fortune for stays while being uncomfortably crammed into a small hotel room. This was not the case at the Wailea Beach Villas... we had a spacious, immaculate, well equipped, beautiful villa that was in a great location! We would defintely consider this place again as a vacation destination.

We stayed here for five nights with three adult couples and a one year old child. We had a three bedroom penthouse ocean view unit. I can't say enough positive things. The unit itself was beautiful. The kitchen was huge with everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were spacious and very private. We spent all of our time in the living room and on the balcony, which both featured enough seating for six adults. We were very, very happy in our room. The grounds were also super beautiful. Do know that the walk down to the beach and the adult pool requires many steps or a very steep road, though you can call the front desk and arrange for a ride in a golf cart, which we did a number of times for people in our party with mobility issues. We loved the kids pool, too. It never seemed obnoxiously busy -- everything was being used and enjoyed, but it wasn't like you had to get up at 5 am to stake out your chair. We also received some of the best service of our lives. The staff seemed to anticipate what your next need before you knew what it was. They were pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Location on the beach and the beach walk is ideal. We won't stay anywhere else when we return to Wailea.

More than exceeded our expectations! Our room was, as one of my kids said “next level!” We had everything we needed plus a stunning view! I could have sat on the balcony all day! Location is the best and staff was awesome! Will definitely return!
