We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! Great communication before our stay. The first morning we walked across the road to the beach and enjoyed the sand, reefs, fish and turtle. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. This was a comfortable and clean with all we needed to enjoy our stay in paradise! Thanks!

Comfortable condo with beach access

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! Great communication before our stay. The first morning we walked across the road to the beach and enjoyed the sand, reefs, fish and turtle. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. This was a comfortable and clean with all we needed to enjoy our stay in paradise! Thanks!

Great time

This property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a deck that overlooks the central green space of the complex. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved simply sitting out on the lanai and taking in the beautiful grounds, which are immaculate. Great family-oriented resort -- enjoyable for all ages! Lots to do in the immediate area, including casual restaurants, food trucks, the beach, aquarium, Plantation tour and fun and shopping in Lahaina. We highly recommend Kamaole Sands.

The place was great in good location.

Everything was fine. Couple things that could be done is an air conditioner in the bedroom. Better WiFi to reach the bedroom. Tv’s were very small but you are in Hawaii so I guess should t be watching too much tv.

Tired unit, minimally equipped

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with our unit at Kamaole Sands. Overall it gave the impression of being tired, old, and equipped as cheaply as possible, not very welcoming. IE. sheets..not two sets per bed as listed. Set on the Queen were dark grey, a questionable colour for a rental, and cheap micro-fibre, sticky in the hot climate. Second set at least were creamy ( easier to see that they were clean) but also cheap: white cotton sheets are more comfortable and allow for bleaching. Also, the grey sheets were for a king bed so difficult to keep properly tucked in. Two of the area rugs were filthy, needed deep cleaning or replacing. All kitchen equipment was the bare minimum. Living room furniture was very dated and tired. Living room ceiling fan noisy and inefficient compared to bedroom fan. We also found ourselves unwittingly caught in a nasty feud between the Homeowners Assoc and the condo management company that ruined our first few days.

Nice condo in Kamaole Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 2 weeks at Kamaole Sands. Easy checkin, responsive management. We would prefer a queen or king bed in the master. This made the stay a bit challenging for sleeping with 2 little ones. Fortunately, we found an air mattress in the closet that worked. We had to purchase our own blankets for the extra bed as the additional blanket was inadequate. The pullout sofa is not suitable for sleeping, unless you like sleeping on the rails of a roller coaster.

Great for families, full amenities in great working condition. Loved the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the two bathrooms. More space indoors for our 5 and 2 yr old to move around compared to a hotel room or small suite. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but the kids didn’t seem to mind. Very close to the beach and some restaurants. I don’t know how long the property was vacant, but the sheets and towels had a strange smell when we got there, but was fixed easily with a run through the washer/dryer. Bedroom does get a little warm, but 2 portable fans kept it comfortable. Fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler which made beach trips more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice suite, clean and was fully equipped with all of the essentials, beach chairs. kitchen items, towels etc. Close to beach, maintenance crews always on the job. Definitely recommend this complex for your vacation! Thanks for everything. Steve

March 2018 Stay

This is our second time staying at Jamie le sands but our first time booking with your agency. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of 7-206. In addition, I requested a plumbing repair and someone was here to fix the draining of the tub immediately. I live at a ski resort and have had my home in a rental pool and so I appreciate all the care to details your company has focused on.
