Pros: The place was nice and clean. Close to whatever you may need. Cons: There is extra contractual paperwork that you are required to complete. When you read through it, you are basically releasing all liability and your legal rights. Also this is completed through a random email that you have to send photos of your ID off the platform. Huge privacy risk. Additionally, if you have kids, I would NOT stay here. There are signs asking you to “be careful” “warnings” everywhere! To the point where it no longer feels like a vacation and more like a museum. Sadly it makes you relieved when you leave because you are no longer under liability or stress.

The internal of the room was absolutely beautiful, so different from what the outside looks like. There were 2 issues we ran into during our stay, the water heater doesn't stay home for very long, there were 5 of us and only 2 of us would catch hot water, the rest all had to bath cold water. Also, the AC unit in the master bedroom made this humming noise every minute or so which made it REALLY hard to sleep, ended up sleeping in the guest room. Hope they get that resolved because that was not fun. Other than that, super cozy room, amenities provided were useful.

Great clean condo, close to the beach

We loved our stay here. Kihei is the perfect location to see lots of Maui - close to Charley young beach and the Kam beaches. Condo was very clean and updated. My son said the sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed he’s ever slept on. Condo had 2 beach chairs (would have loved a few more), an umbrella, boogie boards, towels and cooler for the beach.

Great

I have stayed in this building a few times, but never in this specific unit. The property has always been great, but this specific unit was by far the nicest. It's fully renovated and everything is in great shape. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which we really appreciated. I will definitely book with them again the next time we come to visit the island. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed this condo! It was beautiful, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was within walking distance of many things, and a great central place for driving anywhere. We had one issue where the keypad entry wasn't working, the response time and customer service to fix it was amazing!

Boho for the Win!

First time staying in Kihei and I was very impressed and happy with my stay at this rental. Everything was as described and clean and immaculate. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. They checked in on me during my stay and when I had a question, I received a response within 15 mins. I traveled with a toddler and there was a pack and play provided which I appreciated. Location is top notch here. it is across the street from amazing beaches but if you wanted to drive down to Wailea beach, it's a short 10 min drive. shops and restaurants are surrounding the place and everything is walkable distance. The area feels safe, you will find people walking at different times of the day and are very friendly. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it anyone researching on a place to stay in Kihei!

Relaxing

I came for a short stay to work a wedding. And I’m so bummed I didn’t stay longer. The condo is in the perfect location and walking distance to the beach and places to eat. Then inside was beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need to go to the beach no need to purchase things while you’re there and having to leave it. We will definitely be back!

Clean, Contemporary space in great little town

We found the unit to be very clean inside (I notice all!). The unit had clearly been re-done recently and was very modern; we found everything we needed in the kitchen, they graciously supplied soaps etc. and the supplied, coolers & beach towel etc were all we needed. The complex although older was immaculate on all the grounds. The town & beach are easily accessible from the apt. and we felt safe the whole visit. Our family of 4 highly recommend this apt. Lastly the communication with the representative for the management was very responsive every time & helpful.

We loved our stay in Kihei.. The condo was one of the best parts of our trip.. Great location, clean, updated and just a great, clean, high end place to stay.. Talking about our next trip and only want to stay here.. everything was taken care of, I never once had to contact the property manager. Everything was perfect. Thank you again.

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit small for a family of 5, but we made it work! It was a short walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaraunts. The property manager was excellent and even let us check in early which was great! We had all we needed, however we were a bit nervous to use the towels due to the signage. Might be nice to have some colored towels. For families with kids it’s hard to keep everything pristine but we did our best! Would recommend staying at this location for a family of four, or perhaps five if the kiddos are littler….

Great Place

Great Condo, Jordan was a great host answering any and all questions we had. Condo was centrally located, amenities in both directions within a couple blocks. Condo was clean and had all the necessities needed for our stay.

Amazing stay!

I needed a last minute place to stay and stumbled upon this listing. It was so clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything you’d need. Jordan was fantastic to work with! We loved our stay here! Home away from home!
