Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Stadtrandgebiet, das an den Stadtwald mit Zugang zum Fördewanderweg liegt.Drei Buslinien sind fußläufig in drei bis vier Minuten erreichbar.Ein Einkaufskomplex mit Rossmann, REWE, Aldi, Apotheke und Postamt liegt zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt.Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man mit allen drei Buslinien in ca. 25 Minuten. Staub unter dem Sofa und unter Schrank sowie im Badezimmer, dazu klebten noch Haare im Badezimmerschrank und fanden sich auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die Boden im Badezimmerschrank waren auch nicht sauber. Kalkablagerungen an allen Wasserhähnen und in der Dusche sind eher ein ästhetisches denn hygienisches Problem. Leider roch es im Zimmer nach kaltem Rauch, was den Dauerlüftungswunsch der Vermietung erklärt.Bauartbedingt führt eine steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoß. Eine Herausforderung für den Transport eines großen Koffers.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite vor Ort Betreuung.
