The hotel was clean and centrally located and the staff were very helpful. The lift was out of action for the two days we stayed so only four stars.

Check in - not flixible

Everything ok - but we came approx. 15 minutes before check in - and here there was no hospitality (eg to check that the room was ready). We had to bother moving car - and subsequently dragging our luggage from external parking space back to the hotel. check in followed rules - but there was no flexibility and friendliness in relation to our situation.
