Such a perfect spot! It is walking distance to the beach. There were shops and restaurants close by. The space was clean and nicely decorated. My teen boys enjoyed watching the golfers play on the course right past the back deck.

Great family vacation

Kiawah stay

Beautiful location, beautiful weather, fantastic wild life, great golf!! Beds could have used 1-2 in memory topper to help soften the hard mattresses.

Issues with house

My friends and I enjoyed our stay but wised there was a true hand rail going to the upper lever. The living room had food and a pillow on the floor behind the couch and in the shower on the first floor there were several long black hairs stuck on shower walls. (No one in our party had long dark/black hair)In the walk in closet upstairs there were several blue balloons which had been blown up and several blue crate paper decorations. The light on the front porch did not work which made it a bit difficult at night.

Good location

This property is on the 17 hole at Cougar Point GC. It is a no frills property. We have stayed in the area before in a cottage. That fits our travel style better. There were very limited items in the kitchen. No BBQ. Many of the lights and outlets were not working. Next visit we will return to a cottage.

Great place to bring the family

We had a winderfulntime in West Village. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies but otherwise a great spot.

Some issues

We did have some problems. Kitchen could have Saran Wrap, aluminum foil etc. Kitchen pits and pans were sub par, they are actually warped. Light switches did not work, electrical outlets did not hold charging blocks. You need to spray for bugs specifically cockroaches which were in kitchen.

Great last minute rental to beat the winter blues

Condo was great and had plenty of room for us to spread out and work remotely. Furnishings were nice. Plenty of towels and a nice renovation. Property management company was very responsive. Kiawah was of course wonderful, but that goes without saying!

Ideal location!

Great location, right past the first gate. Be at Freshfields in less than 5 minutes, or explore the rest of the island. Communication with on-site team was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this home. Everything was modern, clean and updated. It’s a very attractive and comfortable home. It has a great kitchen , beautiful furniture and a bathroom in each room. It’s a great location! Short walk to the beach.

Great Location

We love coming to Kiawah every summer, and loved our location this year! Short walk to the beach, perfect bedroom layouts for our 3 teens! Beautiful golf course view as well! Host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had!

July 2021 beach week

Spent a week at the condo with my wife and family. Location of the condo is perfect. Very walkable in regards to the beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach and then some. Only recommendations would be adding ceiling fans in the rooms as it did get warm in the upstairs compared to downstairs. I would also recommend adding an outdoor hose for washing off feet, chairs, etc after coming in from the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great rental

Our group enjoyed the rental property! The location and place itself were nice. There was easy access to the beach (note that we found Boardwalk 5 was closest via a 5 minute walk - there was also a parking lot beside this boardwalk). The property managers were thorough with communication and helpful with answering our questions ahead of time about beach access. We would certainly rent this property again next time we’re at Kiawah.

good location. few hiccups

we enjoyed our stay, however upstairs was very hot. management company brought over fans that helped some. upgraded tile in bath and kitchen. many of the outlets were subpar and the plugs would just fall out. nice to have washer and dryer but the lint trap will cut your hand. Broom, mop and vaccum were there to use but no cleaning supplies to clean if there was a mess. Wifi was great and every room had a TV. we stay at either wild dunes or kiawah a few tines a year and this listing ranks last on our list.

Great location

We had a great stay in this condo is great to share with couples or family. Nice having a separate bathroom for each room. Very clean and super convenient to everything on the island, especially beach access. Pictures online are a little misleading as the condo is darker inside and the pictures make it look like it is sparkling white, but that didn’t really change our rating, we would give it a five star

Charming Villa

This villa is a nice end unit backed up to a golf course and a relatively short walk to the beach. Great location. Three bedrooms with bathrooms, a nice living room area, and dining room, and a decent kitchen. One key that barely fits in its lockbox is an issue, I would strongly recommend the door lock be replaced with a keypad lock. I'd definitely stay here again.
