I’ve never written a bad review about a hotel because I have never had a reason to do so. Our room was cleaned one day out of 5 that we stayed. We received an apology at the end of our stay and that was it. Apparently it happens often. The pool is nice and even better when the staff who works by it doesn’t ignore helping the guests with towels and chairs. The first day we were there, the man and lady working by the pool were fantastic. The other three days we went to the pool, nobody helped. All in all, you pay an extra $49 per day in hotel fees on top of the regular price you paid to stay there, and you may end up getting your own towels for your room and the pool. We will rent a house next time we visit Key West.

One elevator in service, which was always in use by service staff. Housekeeping was very poor, a few days missed altogether even after speaking with housekeeping. The resort is in need of updating and repairs. Lisa DeRose is great and made booking activities very easy. She made our kids feel so welcome and loved.

It is a beautiful place! Tons of character and history as well!

Room and bath room dirty. Hotel representatives were not worrie about attend guest demand, even If these came from a very basic obligation of the hotel, like provide guests with a clean room. We arrived after a 24h trip and needed to wait more than one hour to took a shower. Last experience in this property. Unfortunatelly, It has been usual at Hilton properties.

Property was not overall clean and impressive. Elevators not functioning, Had to use dirty dingy hallways. Phone did not work, could not call front desk or room service. Staff was friendly.

Very over priced for what it was. Beautiful building that needed some maintenance. 3 out of 4 elevators broken, broken piers, beach was very rocky and overloaded with seaweed.. Staff was friendly and well trained . Room was average for above average pricing and included next to none of the usual amenities in that price. You did have many amenities available though for top dollar. I won't be back

Our first night we were unpleasantly shocked by realizing, once we climbed into bed for the night, that someone had urinated in the bed recently and it had been covered with clean linens! We changed rooms in the middle of the night and were only offered a small discount! Way over rated and over priced! 3 star facility at best!!

We enjoyed our visit at Casa Marina in Key West. Our trip was great

The best location with its own private beach. Unfortunately, service isn’t their strong suit. Room was in marginal shape.

The cost outweighs the value. They demand top dollar but the facility could use some upgrades.

Beautiful hotel! Nice beaches! We had a great time!

Great amenities and beautiful views; staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The pier with chairs to view the sunset is the first picture on the Casa Marina website. It looks great. BUT guess what -- it has been inaccessible since the hurricane over a year ago. They have no date that work will even begin on it. The hotel lobby is nice but the hallways have stained carpet and things need repainted in the common areas. The printer was broken in the business center. At 8:30 a.m. the pool area still had towels and trash strewn about from the day before and no one had yet come to skim the leaves out of the pool. It eventually was done but it was late in my opinion as far as presentation to guests arriving in the morning. The resort fee was expensive and there was resort fee taxes on top of that! The great thing about this hotel is its Adult only pool. It is very large and has a lot of chairs and great view of the ocean. We spent all of our time at the pool and none of the time at the beach as the water was dirty and the reef keeps you from walking in easily. I was told by a friend who had visited before to use the steps at the end of the pier to enter on the sand bar but that wasn't possible since the pier was blocked off. My boyfriend had arranged for champaign to be waiting in the room when I arrived and it was not. He had to call back to room service again from home to get it there. He requested 4 glasses and only 2 were delivered. Lots of things not up to par with this expensive of a hotel where you would expect greatness.

Ok hotel food is not great pillows are flat beach in the resort is ok water was extremely dirty

Room had a spectacular view of the ocean and the summer sky! This is an historic, classy hotel with very nice accommodations and a super breakfast buffet.

The lobby and grounds are beautiful. The rooms remind me of a motel. Not at all luxurious.
