Guests around us were noise until way into morning and then a rooster started crowing at about 3:45 in the morning just outside our door until sun up didn’t, get much sleep
Ice machine did not work. Elevators very slow and sometimes not even working. No seal at the bottom of the door leading out of the room leaving almost a half an inch air gap between the bottom of the door and the sill.Water mix lever in the shower very difficult to adjust.
The property was a bit rundown. Though the staff was nice and our room was clean. The drain in the bathroom was broken but staff resolved the matter quickly.

Honestly, I was very disappointed with the room and extra fees for the property. Our room appearance reminded me of a Motel 6. On the last night we saw a roach on the wall, which that is a big no no for me. Then I was charged an extra $45.00 a night for 2 nights for resort fees. That was not originally mentioned when I booked the hotel. I was told the fee was for using the pool and gym. Which that should be a perk with a hotel. I will never stay at the hotel again.

In almost 50 years of traveling for business and pleasure this is most overpriced, grossly misrepresented "hotel" I have ever stayed in. If this was built in 2015, it certainly doesn't look like it. This is not a "four star hotel". It's a 60's style motel with outdoor corridors made to look like balconies, with noisy window air-conditioners and small, dark and dingy rooms. There are not three restaurants. There are three bars, two in 24 North and one in the adjacent facility that serve stadium food that is overpriced and absolutely dreadful. For example, the nachos were shovels of slop served in paper bowls. The "ocean-view rooms" have very limited views of the gulf (ours was totally obscured by the outside elevator) through very small windows across a busy four lane hi-way. On the plus side, the pool is fine and the shuttle to downtown Key West, which is a good thing because there is nothing at the hotel or the surrounding area. The free plastic buckets of rum cocktail available upon arrival were a flimsy attempt to make the stay less unbearable. Orbitz should seriously consider de-listing this facility.
Great location and 2 pools to enjoy. Check in and check out were easy. They also have a bus to take you to Duvall at. Rooms just need a little updating .

One elevator was broke when we arrived, 5 days later all the elevators was broken! No communication from staff, had to carry multiple bags from top floor to the bottom; don’t mind stairs but at the rate I paid we should have had better service

I can honestly say I’ve never paid as much for a night’s accommodations nor have I ever felt so “taken” as a customer. I did not realize we were booking a night on a holiday weekend and can only guess that’s why the price was so high. Premium ocean view junior suite- but we sure were clueless it was motel style, public walkway right outside your door. Ocean view only if you wanted zero privacy from anyone walking by. The bathroom door handle was broken, the mirrored closed door jammed shut, stains on carpet and the chair, plastic on ottoman ripped and flaking off the entire front edge. Adding insult to injury, I was told at check in the $700 I had already paid prior to arrival did not yet include the resort fee! What was supposed to be a surprise upgrade for my husband turned into extreme disappointment, along with me hiding the bill so he never finds out how much this poor decision of mine cost us. I can say, however, I did enjoy the nice plush towels, easy parking and free shuttle to/from town.
