Nice resort but cleanliness is not top priority. Kids and adults were eating while still in the pool and there were way to many kids in the pool to enjoy it. I sat by pool for a couple hours and never saw one kid get out to use restroom.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Vincent at the bar - He was exceptionally attentive and courteous. He made us feel welcome and went out of the way to help us enjoy our stay. Nia at the bar - She went out of her way to check on how we were doing and worked extremely hard to help us with our area setup. Angel at the water sports- He was so helpful in kind in setting up water sports; he gave us very helpful info. Suraj at the front desk night shift - He made us welcome and was very kind throughout our stay. Alexandra from Concierge - She helped us celebrate our honeymoon and was a great resource Mark from Concierge - He helped us set up a warm welcome for the honeymoon. Tanara - she was an excellent server and front desk staff member. Lots of joy and helpfulness. Kadien- She went out of her way to help us have a special request. Exceptional and friendly people!
oceanfront view was nice, easy access to amenities (water sports, beach, pool. Restaurants very pricey, better value/taste off site. Breakfast (cold eggs etc.) with basic food items, ended up with a bill of $106.00 for 2.5 of us. We of course did not eat there again for breakfast.
Facilities and food was great. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Room we got was a disappointment but management tired to help.
Pool, location, dining
My wife and I went here on our honeymoon, the resort was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and nice. The room was really nice too. The downsides: the concierge set us up for a, "romantic last night on your honeymoon sunset dinner." However, the destination she booked for us was full on party mode. People were pouring shots off a bottle they brought in their bag, in each other's mouths, the music was obnoxiously loud, and a drink my wife ordered got her sick. This essentially ruined our last night in Key Largo. There was also a wedding onsite Friday night, and there was no parking due to the rehearsal, and dinner. The resorts only recommendation was to valet our vehicle, "so its their problem." Also, half of the beach was basically closed off for the wedding, and a large portion of the resort as well. Kind of frustrating when you try to find a place to hang out and its all closed off for the wedding. Forcing the regular guests to crowd a significantly smaller area. Other than the few negatives, the resort was clean, fun, and beautiful. Unfortunately we probably won't be staying at this resort again.

My fiance and I absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Our room was clean and up to date.Lay out of the pool and the beach was very nicely done. i was impressed with the beach area as it was sandy and clean. Judith and Lulu at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Overall our experience is a A plus.

The hotel met all my expectations. It is beautiful, organized and clean. The restaurants left a little to be desired, the food is delicious but there is not much diversity of choice. The margerita pizza at the Sand Bar was the best food we've had here. Another thing that is also lacking in this hotel is a game room for teenagers, like an arcade or billiards. Because on rainy days or when teens are tired of staying in the pool or on the beach, an area like this would be good for distraction! The room has a very comfortable atmosphere and great design, unfortunately the cleaning in the shower was not the best, it had a lot of mold and I also saw a lot of dust in the air conditioning. Another negative point was that the hotel was too full for the pandemic season. But what was most disappointing is the total lack of respect for the environment that the guests who were there had with the surrounding nature, I saw many leave all their garbage anywhere and if it was not for the good service of the employees that place it would be an attack on marine life.
