Great 2 bed condo situated in secure gated community within B building 50mtrs from the sea. Condo has 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 queen bed & 3 single beds along with further 2 person sofa bed in the living area. Fully equip kitchen, tv, large balcony with table & chairs, central air conditioning. Wifi available in all rooms. The property benefits from an included boat slip (max. length 26ft boat), floating dry jet ski dock along with fresh water engine flush & 2 kayaks for your use. Boat slip number 38 plus jet ski storage number 14. Trailer storage is available at Caribbean Club just next door. There are 2 heated communal pools (1 approx. 8ft deep & 1 shallow for children), a small beach with sunloungers, a club house with showers, games table, sauna & bbq area. Great fishing & snorkeling available at the end of the dock under a Tiki hut. The condo is located 60 miles south of Miami, everglades within 20 miles, John Pennycamp State Park is 2 miles away where you can enjoy trips to the reef. 4 great restaurants within walking distance, 2 supermarkets within a 5 min drive. Boat trailer storage is available close by but not on site.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon Bay! The condo provided the perfect home base for our family getaway. Perfect spot for anyone who loves being on the water. The marina facilities at Moon Bay are top-notch and this property includes a floating jetski dock and boat slip. Having easy access to get out on the water with our jetskis made the trip for us. When we weren’t out exploring, we were taking advantage of the pickleball court, pool, sauna and the BBQ area, which was clean and well-equipped.It was very clear to us that the property owner takes great pride in hosting guests and was ultra-attentive to our questions and needs from start to finish. We look forward to staying at this exact same property again.The location is ideal, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to many others. The property management was seamless to work with. Highly recommend for an active Florida Keys vacation!!

The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The resort was perfect for our family…fishing, kayaks, beautiful pool and grounds. We were on the docks 5 minutes after getting there and saw a manatee, stingrays, and jellyfish. Awesome experience!! Definitely will be back!

Needs attention

Everything you need is there at the property but it's showing signs everywhere that a refurbishment project is needed. Stains and dirty marks on most of the furniture The tumble dryer looks like it's been recovered from the dump and the floor was dirty upon arrival as was most of the cutlery, the cleaner is stealing a wage. The whole apartment has that seventies look and feel to it. The pool area was very nice but was over run with local Hispanics at the weekends, it seems someone is conveniently leaving the backdoor open.. The property has great potential but needs a lot of work.

Moon Bay Condos

The condo was clean, all items we needed were furnished such as bedding, kitchen items and even some recreation items. We had a great stay and really loved the ocean side beach area for just relaxing. The owner had left little notes stuck up around the condo telling us about trash procedures, internet and tv operation and many other things. These notes were greatly appreciated. Whenever we had a question about something, well here's your note. Also the condo was larger than I expected so lots of room to socialize. Great stay, we will book it again.

Fantastic

The owner was awesome!! Very accommodating, very easy to communicate with, and was straight up on point with answers to all my questions. The unit was well equipped for entertainment, linens, towels, and the kitchen. We ate in half the time and it was almost like being at home where everything worked and plenty of accoutrements.

Good location but needs updates

Close to many great restaurants in Key Largo and more within a 30 min drive to Isalamorada. Resort grounds and pool are nice, but the unit needs updating - mattresses and sheets are worn, no ceiling fans in bedrooms, not enough lights in living area, no exhaust fan in dated bathrooms. We paid more for this unit to be able to use kayaks/paddleboard and then were told when we arrived that we have access to use everything on the beach.

Great family condo close to family friendly activities.

We booked this for a summer vacation for our family and had a great experience. The owner of the property was awesome and called to give us detailed information about the condo and the area. Moon Bay is awesome- my kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, seeing the manatee every night and exploring sea life. There are a lot of cool things to see in this area that we loved. The swimming pool and bay activities are great for down time. The owner also offers snorkeling, fishing poles and kayaks. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Moon Bay w/Fishing Pier

This property is in a great location not far from Miami and also easy access to other Florida Keys like Marathon and Key West. The amenities were great including a fishing pier for both fishing and watching the sun set, kayaks, cornhole game, small beach, and plenty of parking. It also had a nice screened in balcony and a washer and dryer in the unit. It was just a great location for our vacation. Highly recommend this condo community!

We had a nice stay, the property is comoftable and spacious. It has a nice balcony and the small beach is nice! You also have 2 kayacs for your use! The cons is that the furniture is very old

This location was perfect for us. We have friends in KL so it was ideally located. Condo was nice, had everything we needed. The price was ideal because it was budget friendly. It is not a renovated unit so it is typical Florida vacation condo so it had all the necessities, pool, 2 kayaks (needs one more double paddle) which we used and beautiful grounds. We loved the hammocks down by the water. Beds are firm (hubby liked, I prefer softer) screened in porch was nice too. Although it worked well for us, it may be time to update soon. Owner was super friendly and we didn't need anything at all during our stay. We may choose an updated unit next time but if budget is a concern, this is just the right choice.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Our family had a great time staying at Moon Bay. The condo was very comfortable and the building had great facilities including 2 heated pools (the shallow kiddie pool was perfect for our 3yo), rec room with foosball and ping pong tables, small beach with kayaks. The location was great for exploring the Keys, John Pennecamp park, and the Everglades. Owner was very friendly and communicated well. Highly recommended!

The condo was great and all the amenities that you need.

Moon Bay Condos are excellent. The pool is great. The clubhouse had a ping pong table and fuse ball table. The area down by the docks had picnic tables and we grilled out there. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation!

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this location. Great location to snorkeling and fishing. The swimming pool was a great place to hang out and the clubhouse adds other fun features like corn hole and ping-pong. The condo itself was great to relax in and has everything you need. We will look forward to coming back.
