The resort is more just a hotel. The view is beautiful however the smell from the marina/water is so bad that we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. The hotel lobby was hard to find as it’s on 2nd floor and messy. The breakfast area was not clean and boxes everywhere.

The setup is great. The rooms are brand new, big, clean and modern. The pool and beach area are super cozy. The restaurant next to it is amazing and very convenient. Great value.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was comfortable as well. If you get there late, it might be tough to find some parking, but it’s very safe. It’s very clean and the staff was incredibly nice.

We have stayed here often. We've always enjoyed it. We have even come by boat. We appreciate having Snappers restaurant next door. We like the pool and shore areas. Having said that, this property is showing signs of aging: the safe doesn't work, the door to the screened room does not lock. Great staff but understaffed. We checked in fine on Friday but my family (we had many rooms) had a tough time checking into the right rooms.

Tired, tatty, dated and unloved. Very shabby. Absolutely not worth the money we spent. Very poor value for money compared to our other hotels on the Keys. Carpets and furniture in a terrible state. Bathroom very dated and awful smell. Outside, awful smell, no beach access.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a little tight but doable. The pool and hot tub were nice for a small resort and the restaurant and bar next door was a nice convenience. Unfortunately, it was windy for quite sometime and it had blown in a bunch of seaweed so you couldn’t get in the water and it had a slight odor to it.

The staff was really nice and helpful i was giving an early check-in which really helped and the staff even gave me a free upgrage of rooms that made us really happy , definitely a great experience, hotel was very clean and i will make sure to visit plently more times
