Beautiful oasis. Nice pool and gorgeous beach area with free kayaks and paddle boards. Perfect area for sunsets. Villas are big, nice and clean.

This place is a gem! Wish would have stayed longer. Will be back

Beautiful, small, clean and peaceful property. Free kayaks and paddle boards a bonus. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Pretty convenience for boaters

Great to have a good-sized, modern space and a pool shared with just a couple of neighbor properties right in the back of the house. Enjoyed the fish and paddle board by the dock.

Pleasantly surprised - super friendly staff - beautiful s spacious room - clean elegantly decorated- kayaks , cornhole , beach charters right from the resort - dolphins experience right next door free for resort patrons- very happy with my stay

very comfortable, very comfortable beds very good houses for i in families

The rooms were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. This was the third place we stayed during our week long stay in the keys. The downside is the pool was not heated like our other places we stayed, and it was December so the pools needed to be heated. No hot tub either if you are looking for that. We had bicycles at our other places which we enjoyed our daily bike ride. The kayaks and paddle boards were enjoyable to use.

Home away from home. These beautifully decorated (villas and suites) with high end kitchen appliances (in the villas not suites) were clean and super nice. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. Sharon went out of her way with hospitality. The gas barbecue, kayaks and paddle boats was an additional perk. We enjoyed using their gas grills. If you stay in a suite it's better if you eat out. There isn't a separate sink. The villas have a full kitchen. The facility is privately owned and not a corporation. You treat it like a home rental and not a hotel. They do not do daily housekeeping but anytime you need fresh towels, toiletry, and toilet paper you can call them. They are affiliated to the next door Dolphin plus (where you can observe or interact with the dolphins). We definitely found our new keys retreat. Everywhere in the keys, I have often wondered why some expensive hotels were old, unkept and worn down. At Dolphin Pointe Villas your money is well spent. Definitely worth staying here and you won't be disappointed. It's a great place for a couple or family vacation.
