the room was nice and as advertised but I mean there was no one in the hotel after office hours or early in the mörning. There is no food provided which is something we should have noticed before booking the hotel as I am sure it says somewhere there is no dining? We got in the room which was nice but they have a nice coffee machine and supplies yet no one thought of putting a a couple of water bottles. There is no place you can get water in the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned either. The entrance and exit was also weird when you drive in. On the way in you need to punch your password and on the way out the sensors open the doors automatically which worked on the first day but the last 2 days, we could not get that door opened as the sensors were not working? We ended up going out from the entrance door and my wife had to go out walking to punch the passowrd from the outside while I was going in the wrong direction just to be able to get out. I am pretty sure we would not have come here if we knew the hotel's concept.

this place is an heaven .. the lodges are great the pool and access to pricate fock snd gulf of mexico.. Unfortunately no kitchen , no bar , you have to go to the grocery store .. and go out for entertainment .. The brochure is a lie .. no activity.. And you will be under mosquitoes attack vefore the sun gets high in the sky

The mosquito situation was horrible. I was afraid to leave the bungalow at night because it would cost me a pint of blood and many welts that never stopped being itchy. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Beautiful property. Lacking some of the extra services. We had a beautiful time, but we would’ve loved to have our room cleaned completely and a little bit more of an extra touch on the customer service.

Resort is not the word

We enjoyed our stay. The environment is really nice, and the grounds are well maintained. Tranquility is basically a one-bedroom, two bath duplex with a Murphy bed in the common area. It worked perfectly for a family of four (willing to share a bed). The air conditioning was questionable, but it was OK. Like others, the lack of service is their glaring issue. We asked for fresh towels and had to ask 3 times. Advice: just ask for daily housekeeping. They’re not coming if you don’t. There are really few “resort” amenities ultimately. The kayaks were “in the shop”, but there were paddle boards available. The pool is really nice. The “beachfront” was lovely, but there’s a lot of concrete, not a natural shoreline, which may be common on that side of the key.

The property absolutely meets its target as a unique, relaxing oasis within meters of US Highway 1. As well, the manager and staff match this with attentive but unobtrusive service. Highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for an experience distinct from the corporate resorts.

Largo resort is at a beautiful location and I liked the quiet atmosphere. However, the rooms were average at best. The bed was not very comfortable. Very poor for what you'd expect for the price. There was no kitchen sink as advertised (just a bathroom sink). They did not deliver the mediocre breakfast basket until late morning. The shower leaked out to the bathroom and bedroom floor. We had limited time there and we were prohibited from using the pool from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm since they had booked a commercial photo shoot that highjacked the whole area. The owners or managers had no concern for the paying guests. Very poor customer service. I hope in the future that they fix up the rooms and pay better attention to servicing their paying guests versus just catering to commercial clients.

We stayed in the Twilight Lodge as a family of four with teenagers. We were able to check in early and enjoy the lovely heated pool. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with two bathrooms. The surrounding area within the complex and beach are very nice. Would recommend for a chilled out stop in the Keys. We didn’t think to ask but probably an extra single bed would have been good to accommodate a family of four better.
