Excellent resort in every way! Can’t wait to go back!

Exception food at Gus’ Grill. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful pool and beach. Very relaxing. Look forward to returning.

Overall the property was amazing with lots of amenities and staff was friendly. The rooms were clean for the most part just little things were dirty and need to be kept up better in the bathroom and stucco exterior cracks on the building.

One of the very few properties in The Keys that has direct beach/ocean access. Reefhouse is great for the wide variety of on property activities from snorkel trips and wave runners to corn hole and volleyball. Plus it close to Miami, the other keys and local restaurants and shops. We are already planning our return.

This was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to visit again. The view was like a postcard. The amenities and and the staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed grabbing a complimentary pool towel and laying under the palm trees with a cocktail and staring at the gorgeous water.

This was a great family getaway. Lots to do on site and within short drives. Everywhere is short staffed and this resort and its bars and restaurants are no different, but the staff were friendly and helpful. It isn’t the Breakers or Club Med but it was good and we were very satisfied.

Property was in good location. Amenities were nice. Rooms were terrible. Poor maintenance. Bulbs and lamps in room dont work, bathroom is unclaen and small. Blockage and shower is terrible. Staff is unwelcome and rude for the money it charges. Rooms with view have trees in front of them so its no view. Resort fee is not justified with no value addition. Reception person never smiles or welcomes.

It’s a rather large property. The sunset was beautiful. Check in was ok. Room wasn’t ready 30 minutes after check in time but the staff did some rearranging for us so it worked out. I was most looking forward to the spa myself. That has been nothing but a nightmare. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. The hot tub is filthy in common area and gave my boy a nasty rash. A/C didn’t work in my room either.

Great place! Beautiful property, nice amenities, on-sight water sports, very friendly staff, and nice, clean well appointed rooms. Small private beach within steps of pool was great to have. Busy resort, but never felt overcrowded and we went during spring break. Great location for day trips to explore the other keys including Key West. Will definitely go again!

Check In - Pleasant, friendly front desk agent, but a $100 a day deposit was a little excessive. Would have been great to know the elevator behind the front desk was out of order. Would have been even better to know there was a second elevator at the bottom or the parking garage. We ended up carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, how the hell do you not have bellmen? Seriously, for $600 a night you need bellmen. If you have them we never saw them. Dining - Was disappointing that it was basically the same menu across all outlets on the property. That is actually pretty lazy. Food was mediocre. Not bad but not outstanding. The food there is the exact reason most people don't eat at hotels. It was unimaginative and boring. Staff in the restaurants were great though. Friendly and helpful. Amenities - We booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was out of order for 4 of our 5 days. This is not OK. We need to compensated for this shortcoming. We were told on several occasions that "it would be ready tomorrow" only to have it not ready. VERY disappointed. Parking - Parking was adequate, but $138 for parking for 5 days. Not necessary and simply a money grab on the park of the hotel. SO with parking, our room, bar and restaurant services, we spent easily over $4000 during our stay at this property. To say it was underwhelming would be a gross understatement. Marriott should be much better. This was a poor overall.

We had an upgrade to sea view because property was quite empty👍 The cleaning of the rooms is very poor for not saying not existing. Bath gel only one day, I broke the shower cap, no replacement, We used the tea and I had to let the box open for the perdón to realize The attention in the room once you are there was very poor

Overall run down - old property poorly maintained - rooms had new furniture but shower doors broken and other areas not maintained. I will never stay here again and suggest you push on to better properties. Lots of great resorts to stay at in the keys this is not one of them

It was the perfect location with a small beach on site. Loved the pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. Highly recommend getting an ocean view with a balcony.
