This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the heart of the Florida Keys is located in the very desirable Key Colony Beach. This spectacular home was designed with great attention to detail to offer luxury and comfort at its finest, with stunning views of the water this home is the perfect vacation package.

Key Colony Beach is a small, friendly, walkable island in the heart of Marathon, the Florida Keys. Located mere minutes from beaches, bike and running paths, golf courses, tennis courts, the Dolphin Research Center, Aquarium Encounters and the Turtle Hospital. This home comes with access to Cabana Club.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Everything was amazing. The only issue was that I wish more seating was available both around the pool and the living room. We like to play games as a family (of 6 adults ) and the only place was at the dinning room table.
