This Spacious, Comfortable Condo is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, central heat/air conditioning, and a private balcony. You will enjoy the view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony.

All linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter kit of toiletries, guest must provide their own for the rest of their stay.

The Condo provides cable TV in the living room and Master as well as internet access for no extra charge. The Tv's are streaming in this condo.

The Condo is privately owned but is located within the Casa Clara Condominiums in Key Colony Beach. All resort amenities are included with this rental, from the pool overlooking the ocean to the pier that seems to take you far within the sea for those quiet romantic strolls or taking in the fresh air to get away from it all.

This is a Handicapped friendly condo with a ramp to the first-floor unit. Automatic lights in the ceiling go on and off as you go by. Master Bath is a roll in shower and handicapped bath sink.
