The Light On The Hill, Methodist Ministry and Church is adjacent to the neighborhood, which hosted the first vacation homes in Kerrville, most originally owned by Methodist Ministers. While there are many activities within miles, Carol's Cottage offers a quiet respite for long walks, visits with neighbors or reading quietly in the yard while watching the deer graze.
