Downhill rapidly. Loud, messy construction site. We booked because favorite lodging booked. Lady at desk never spoke. Upon going to room roofers throwing sheets of metal off roof, dragging across parking lot and throwing on truck. Concerned for our car and ourselves. Commode on sidewalk next door. Commode in our room not properly secured to floor and banged when sitting and standing. Also didn't flush properly. Went to office for regular coffee. Next morning coffee maker didn't work. Went to office to report commode and coffee maker. We were gone from 8:30-5:00. Coffee maker replaced. Commode still the same. Room had not been cleaned. Went to office for towels and report commode again. Told maid came in late due to other job. She was two doors down. We walked down to take soiled towels but she didn't respond at two open doors. Never came to our room. Maintenance came and saved two shims under front of toilet and griped about manager. Same routine the next day. First called office about towels. Woman told us manager wasn't in. Immediately went to office for towels and he was there eating tacos. Room never serviced. Wife acted like she was totally surprised and she was the one we talked to. Never attempted to right the wrongs and never received an apology. Just a ho hum attitude. Place covered up with construction trash along with large trucks and equipment. Large bags of trash of construction crews rooms. Just a horrible experience

staff was friendly. room was disgusting. bathtub was black with filth. hair and dirt were on floor. it stunk. caulk was hanging loose in tub. it was disgusting.

There was a huge bug in my bed, the air conditioner smells like bug spray when you turn it on, the guy at the desk wouldn't accept my card, he acted like i was bothering him when I tried to check in. .. I am going to go sleep in my car. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The hotel has been nicely upgraded with flat screen TV and good refrig with freezer, etc. however they did not replace the tubs and this one was old.

Very clean hotel room for the low price. Great if you are looking for a place to stay but will not be in the room much, although there was a very nice 42" flatscreen TV and WiFi. Continental breakfast was bare bones, but they did have a waffle maker and all the other basics.

The hotel was an older, no-frills hotel. Everything was very clean. I wanted an inexpensive motel and was pleased with my stay.

The Americas Best Value Inn Kerrville, TX was the only hotel available on the 4th of July weekend, so the price could not be beat. Turns out the hotel had to have been remodeled recently, so everything was clean and new. Biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room!

I have only 1 complaint and the light over the sink did not work. Other than than the room was very clean and smelled fresh...that is important as well as being clean.

Basic older hotel close enough to downtown Kerrville to work well. Older furniture, fixtures, bed a bit soft, wood laminate floor. Staff was nice. Price is right.

Okay - so it was cheap and you expect to be a little below standard of the mid-range hotel chains... surprisingly clean and didn't have that "creepy" smell that makes you wonder if you wouldn't want to meet the previous occupant anywhere! sheets were pink, and that is a little weird for me, but they did appear and smell clean! not a bad deal for the cheap price - the staff was nice - the continental breakfast was, well, you won't starve but i wouldn't make a special trip for it! overall, great deal for the money!!

The AC unit had problems and the bed was hard but it is what I would expect for a cheap motel.

Very good basic hotel. Can not beat it for the price.Dislikes.pink sheets.key was disabled in the middle of stay.Great location.

Good clean, quite room. Good value. Close to freeway.

Hotel room was not the same as pictures on website. Room was clean, decent place to stay for the money. Continental breakfast was very limited.

THE HOTEL was ok. Right on the main drag. It was just ok

Price - good Location - good Lobby - there isn't one-its a unattached office Continential Breakfast - 3 small tables in office with a so so ho hum breakfast with no microwave Pool - Holds only 16 but a tad dirty Room - okay but small Bed - hard w/ flat pillows Shower - good Pets allowed - I wish they weren't I was bit by 3 small dogs when their owner left their room door open and I walked by.

AFTER THE COPS ARRIVED, THINGS SETTELED DOWN FOR THE NIGHT, IF YOU CAN CALL THREE A M, THE REST OF THE NIGHT.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, only draw back was the noise that the motorcycle club made sometimes

We stayed overnight at this hotel and it was clean and was pretty ordinary. The price is great. I wouldn't make a vacation there at all, but for just a place to stay overnight it was fine.

Hotel was great for the money and had a bargain breakfast .City had all the amenities I needed .
